Indianapolis

Salut tout le monde! My journey to indianapolis from SF took about all day going through chicago and there was a time change too.

Indianapolis Indiana is apparently known as 'the crossroads of America' where mutiple railroads and Interstate highways intersect. Indianapolis is a surprising destination, it is laid out on the banks of shallow White river, with a network of wide and extremely clean boulevards radiating outward from the central 'Monument Circle' - the main gathering point downtown dominated by the towering 1901 'Beaux Arts obelisk' (the solders' and Sailors monument). Indianapolis also has other attractions such as the 'Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians' and Western Art and the 'World war 2 memorial' but it's main attraction is the 'Indianapolis Motor Speedway' where the Indianapolis 500 auto race is held, and F1.

Indianapolis also has some great buffet restaurants such as 'The Great China Buffet Restaurant' and 'Golden Coral Buffet & Grill' - yummy!!!

Overall a very pleasant place.

huge thanks to Kayode & family

ciao
